[LIVRE] EP 37B "ALL BLACK" Handle Knob (1 piece) *HKAL (EP37 B)

B-PROJECT (Black Juracorn Knob Color Project) features small, round, thin-walled hollow titanium knobs in PT 35 / EP 37 / EP 41 sizes, with a black Juracorn knob collar that is thicker on the knob side and thinner on the reel side.
This design allows for a comfortable grip where the index finger and thumb can pinch the shaft while the middle to little fingers naturally wrap around the knob portion.
The knob surface has been treated with IP black processing, resulting in a sophisticated black color finish.
LIVRE has selected handles to which these knobs can be attached and are selling them as all-black proprietary products.
Customers can choose from three knob types (PT 35 / EP 37 / EP 41) for the selected handle.

EP37

Focus on Reeling and Quick Action
The EP knob, originally developed as a power handle knob for jigging and casting, has been newly designed exclusively for light handles.
The titanium thickness used in the previous EP knob series has been revised, reducing it from 0.8mm to 0.6mm.
Emphasis was placed on handle operations that involve reeling and quick actions, pursuing a shape that is easy to grip and prevents slipping.
After testing multiple prototypes with millimeter-level differences in the field, the ideal size of 37mm was achieved.
Designed to maximize the use of two fingers, it offers an optimal shape.
For saltwater light games such as tip-run fishing or tai-rubber fishing, LIVRE once again brings a revolution.

A Fusion of Feel, Lightness, and Beauty
Using titanium thin plates (t0.6mm), round shapes and gently pentagonal parts are processed with dedicated molds.
Each piece undergoes temporary welding, main welding, rough polishing, and finishing polishing, with heat coloring applied manually to each one.
Finally, high-precision machining with NC lathes and anodizing processes are applied to the aluminum knob collar to complete the product as a whole.
This is the ultimate round knob that has been thoroughly refined for exceptional grip feel.
