An adjustable adapter allowing the rod tip’s angle to be freely adjusted is now available from MTCW.

This adapter is crafted to maximize sensitivity and reduce weight, developed in two versions—“[Lightweight Model] Ultra-Duralumin” and “[Sensitivity Amplification Model] Titanium”—with screws made of Duralumin.

The Ultra-Duralumin version weighs approximately 2.2g, and the Titanium alloy version weighs approximately 3.4g, both achieving ultra-lightweight designs.

The reel attachment section features an “ANY SYSTEM” design to fit any reel.

The included hex wrench allows for easy angle adjustments.








The guide angle can be adjusted according to the recess at the center of the main body.

(Note: The recess is present on both sides, allowing use without regard to front or back orientation.)




Precautions
- Do not use for purposes other than fishing.
- Store out of reach of young children.
- This product may break under excessive load or due to impact, such as dropping, so handle with care.
- When attaching the rod tip, avoid pushing too forcefully to prevent damage or difficulty in removal.
- The rod tip section of this product is designed to fit tips with a diameter of Φ5mm and can accommodate down to -0.005mm.
If the fit is loose, adjust by wrapping with tape as needed.
- Tips with a diameter exceeding Φ5.005mm will not fit. Please be cautious.
- We cannot guarantee issues resulting from attaching this product. Your understanding is appreciated.

*Be cautious with tightening torque, as overtightening may strip the screw.
The recommended torque value is 0.2–0.3N*m.
If the screw becomes stripped, do not attempt to turn it.
Replacement parts for the screw are also available.

Guide Angle Adjustment Instructions (*Perform this before installation)

1. Use the included hex wrench to loosen the screw.
2. Remove the screw and separate the reel side and rod tip side of the main body.
(*Be careful not to lose the screw or body due to dropping, etc.)
3. Align the guide with the recess on the rod tip side and adjust to the desired angle.
(*Ensure the guide is properly seated in the adjustment recess of the body.)
4. After adjusting the guide, reassemble the reel side and rod tip side and tighten the screw securely.
(Ensure that the angle of the main body does not shift once the screw is tightened. If it does, retighten the screw firmly.)





Installation Instructions

1. Insert the rod tip into this product.
(*Avoid excessive force when attaching, as this may cause damage or difficulty in removal.)
2. Insert this product with the attached rod tip into the reel.
(*Similar to the rod tip side, avoid excessive force to prevent damage or difficulty in removal.)


Main Body Unit Angle Adjustment Method (*Perform this before installation)

1. Use the included hex wrench to loosen the screw.
*(Loosening the screw allows for angle adjustment.)
2. Adjust the body angle to your desired angle.
3. Once the angle is set, hold the adjusted angle in place and retighten the screw.
(*Ensure the angle does not shift once the screw is tightened. If it does, retighten the screw firmly.)
