The "integrally molded high-precision idle gear" that is installed as standard equipment in the BC42/43/52 series manufactured after 2021 has reduced drive loss, increased flight distance, and achieved a smooth cast feel.

The "Double Bearing Idle Gear" is a genuine ISUZU Industry Inc. custom part that is the first in the BC62/72 series to have an integrally molded high-precision idle gear processed and equipped with Minebea open type bearings on the front and back.

Accuracy is improved because it can be cast with a lighter force than before.

It also allows you to approach from a greater distance.
