Tuning menu and contents

By replacing the plastic ring on the spool shaft with a bearing, the spool shake during drag operation is reduced and the rotation performance is also improved.

It is possible to tune to the highest class drag performance by simply installing the bearing according to the instruction manual.

installation method

ドラグノブを緩めます。




ドラグノブを最後まで緩めると、本体からスプールを取り外すことができます。




矢印の部分のグレーのワッシャーを指でつまんで取り外します。




ワッシャーは全部で3枚ほど入っています。




ワッシャーを取り外すと、矢印の部分の細い六角穴が見えると思います。




六角穴にキットに付属の極細十字レンチを入れて、緩めます。




六角穴はイモネジというものですが、こちらのイモネジをスプールシャフトから取り外します。




続いて、スプールシャフトに固定されている、「スプール軸ベアリングガイド」を取り外します。




更にその下に黒いプラスチックカラーが入っておりますので、こちらをベアリングに交換します。




取り付けするベアリングは、黒いプラスチックカラーと同じ大きさのものです。




まず、「スプール軸ベアリングガイド」にベアリングを取り付けます。






次にシャフトへ取り付けていくのですが、この時それぞれのパーツに溝や突起があります。それらがきちんとはまるように取り付けを行ってください。




さきほど取り外したイモネジを用意します。




分解した時と逆の手順で、イモネジでスプールシャフトに固定します。




グレーのワッシャーを取り付けます。




これで、元通りに組み戻しできました。




スプールを取り付けて完成です。
