Features and Development Concept

The desire to create original reel caps that can be color-coordinated with line rollers and handles!
While conducting research, the following issues were identified: reel caps are difficult to loosen during maintenance, and water and debris accumulate between the back of the reel cap and the main body.
These customer voices and insights from maintenance professionals have been incorporated into the design.

- Achieves gloss, strength, and form through dimensional management at the micron level using high-precision CNC and advanced processing techniques!

- Ensures high adhesion to the reel body through high-precision processing!

- Enjoy the “shine” that can only be achieved by carving out solid duralumin material!

- Simple design that does not spoil the reel’s design yet has presence and coordinates perfectly with other custom parts!
