Introducing the new 7.7UL, a rod that bridges the gap in the "inte" series of Salt Bait Finesse rods, known for their unique balance of sensitivity and power, and is capable of handling big fish.

The blanks of the inte7.7UL can be described in one word: "a fusion of sensitivity and power."
Stripped of excess weight while retaining the distinctive characteristics of Fishman rods, the rod is lightweight yet strong enough to take on large fish.
The blanks are designed to be stiff yet flexible, allowing anglers to cast light rigs or plug far and detect even the slightest nibble, making it easy to either set the hook or let the fish hook itself, particularly when targeting large Rockfish (Mebaru).
Meanwhile, the butt section is strong enough to withstand fights with big fish.

These characteristics make it versatile for various species, suitable not only for light games like Aging (Horse mackerel) and Mevering (Rockfish) but also for mid-level games such as "Free Rig Chinning (Black Bream Fishing)," "Light Eging," and "Rockfish Games" like Red-spotted Grouper (Kijihata).

This means that even in unfamiliar fishing spots, this one rod will provide a satisfying experience.

Grip

The reel seat with a blank touch and the small aluminum foregrip are originally shaped for a design focused on sensitivity.

Grip End

The grip end is set to a length that fits inside the elbow, enhancing the range of motion and making the 7.7ft rod easy to handle.

Guide

All guides are K guides to prevent tangling, even with thin PE lines, with the tip section using tiny single-foot guides.

Comes with a dedicated soft case.


Be Mindful of Joint Loosening

Due to the characteristics of pack rods, repeated casting may cause the joints to loosen.
If each joint is not securely connected, it can lead to joint damage or rod breakage.
Applying ferrule wax can prevent the joints from coming loose during casting, protect against water-induced sticking, and safeguard the joint sections.
We recommend checking the joints for tightness after several casts and using ferrule wax.
