Clear is recommended for most reels when in doubt.
It is especially the best match for silver and gunmetal-tone reels.

Best match for black tone reels.


Please read carefully before installation

ACRISTA is made of delicate acrylic resin.
Therefore, the surface is easily scratched, so please be careful when handling it.
Also, organic solvents such as parts cleaners are strictly prohibited as they may cause the surface to fog up.
If the surface becomes cloudy, wipe it dry with a dry cloth.

This product is a durable knob that features simple waterproofing by attaching a dust-proof seal, but it is only simple waterproofing and not completely waterproof.
When the knob is attached, the rotation of the knob becomes heavier than that of a standard knob.
Please remove the shield if you want to use the knob with more rotational performance.
In this case, the durability will be the same as that of a conventional handle knob.

When attaching the attached screws, please use the supplied disk wrench.
Ordinary screwdrivers will damage or break the screws.

Use the IOS-02 for all parts when assembling the knobs.
If you require high rotatability, please use IOS-01.
If durability is a priority, use IOS GEAR GREASE.


Recommended settings by the handle



SHIMANO

10 STELLA or later spinning reels, bait reels with single or double handles
The end screws should be converted to genuine ones for some CALCUTTA and other reels.

Recommended data: From the base of the handle, waterproof packing/bearing/main body/bearing/0.1 mm shim x 2 pieces/waterproof packing + end screw (if prioritizing rotation, no packing)




DAIWA

All DAIWA spinning and bait reels with 2BB specifications, single or double handle

Recommended data: From the base of the handle, 2.6 mm collar + waterproof packing, bearing, main body, bearing, 0.1 mm shim x 2 pieces, packing + end screw (if prioritizing rotation, no packing)




Carbon handle: REVIVE, RODIO CRAFT, Funnel, etc.

Recommended data: 2.6 mm collar + waterproof packing, bearing, main body, bearing, waterproof packing + end screw (if prioritizing rotation, no packing) from the base of the handle



If the handle does not rotate well or move with the above setting data, lightly sharpen the 2.6 mm collar with a sharpener and assemble the handle.
If the gap is incorrect, use a 0.1 mm shim to readjust the gap.




IOS handles: Cardinal Adjustable, IOS W Handle SWAN, IOS Offset W Handle

Recommended data: From the base of the handle, 2.6 mm collar + waterproof packing, 0.1mm shim x 2 pieces, bearing, main body, bearing, 0.1mm shim x 2 pieces, waterproof packing + end screw (if prioritizing rotation, no packing)




DLIVE: Air Stir single handle, double handle

Recommended data: From the base of the handle, 0.5 mm shim x 2 pieces, 2.6 mm collar + waterproof gasket, bearing, main body, bearing, waterproof gasket + end screw (if prioritizing rotation, no packing)


1. Please use the supplied special disk wrench to install the screws.
Do not use a commercially available screwdriver.
After tightening the screws firmly, be sure to move the main body of the knob back and forth to check that the clearance is adjusted again.

2.If the handle is loose, add the supplied 0.1 mm shim.
Usually, the recommended setting is OK.

3. If the knob does not turn even after the screws are tightened and secured, remove one 0.1 mm shim.
