This is a set of magnets required when using microcast spools (shallow groove) for SHIMANO's BFS reels.
The Avail microcast spool shown below has shallower grooves than the genuine spool, making it harder to brake with the height of the genuine magnet.
Therefore, an auxiliary magnet of φ4 x 1 mm can be used over the genuine magnet to fine-tune the brake force.
If you have converted to Avail spools and feel that the braking force is not enough, please consider purchasing this product.
