* If there are any stockout items on your purchase list, we can issue a refund for the amount of the items.

- If you select Credit Card:
If some of the items in your cart are stockout, we will adjust the amount of the stockout items and send you a link (URL) to purchase the remaining items.
And we will cancel your credit card payment of the original amount of your order in about 3 to 4 business days right after the transaction is completed.

- If you select Purchase at Shopee:
If some of the items in your cart are stockout, we will adjust the amount of the stockout items and send you a link (URL) to purchase the remaining items on Shopee.
And we will cancel the original amount of your order right after you order the remaining items on Shopee.

Terms and Conditions

* Please note that there are some terms and conditions when we receive your order for SHIMANO/DAIWA original parts.

- We don't have these genuine parts on this page in stock at the time of your order. Normally it takes about one month for us to get ready to ship the items after receiving your order.
So please do not expect us to ship out right away.

- As a general rule, we don't accept order cancellations, change, and refund unless the products you order are not available because SHIMANO/DAIWA Japan don't accept our cancellation.

- Even if the items can be put in a cart, we need to wait for them to arrive for weeks. And it's not one hundred percent sure if the products will arrive.
We will let you know if they don't have the products you order.

- If SHIMANO/DAIWA don't have your ordered items with them, or if the ordered items will not be available within one month, your order will be canceled.

- When you order more than 2 items and even if just one item is available, we are supposed to proceed with the order.
For example, if you order 5 items and just one is unavailable, we will refund the stockout item amount and send you the rest. You cannot cancel your order in this case.

Please pay the commission by selecting "+ US$5.00", as in the photo below.

Check the order list and order with SHIMANO/DAIWA.
　↓
(STEP 3: SHIMANO/DAIWA)
Our distributor is supposed to inform us about stockout items in about a week only when your ordered items are unavailable. Normally parts in stock arrive at our store in about 3 to 4 weeks.
** We will not send you any message for about a month until we ship your order if all the ordered items can be arranged.
Please wait in the meantime.

We ship your order right after the ordered items arrive from the manufacturers.


* Normally, it takes about one month for us to get ready to ship the items after receiving your order.
* If you order the backorder items (Genuine Spare Parts) together with other items in our stock, we will ship them all after the backorder items arrive.
* If you cannot wait until backorder items arrive, please place another order separately for the items in our stock.

* We plan to add more pages to the parts list in sequence. But if you want to order parts for a reel that is not yet listed, please use the order form below to place your order manually.
