Now you can ask us to get SHIMANO/DAIWA original spare parts for JDM(Japanese domestic market) reels.
* We cannot source and provide you with any SHIMANO/DAIWA genuine spare parts of non-JDM models.

Please note that there are some terms and conditions as follows before receiving your order for SHIMANO/DAIWA original parts.



* Regarding waiting period and cancellation

- Normally it takes about one month for us to get ready to ship genuine parts if SHIMANO/DAIWA factory have at the time of order.
* We order spare parts with SHIMANO/DAIWA after confirmation of payment.

- You cannot cancel after you order genuine parts and complete payment because we cannot cancel orders with SHIMANO/DAIWA Japan.
Please do not order if you are in a hurry or if you are not sure what spare parts you want.

- Please let us cancel your order if SHIMANO/DAIWA don't have your ordered items with them, or the ordered items will not be available within one month.

- It usually takes about one week for us to know whether SHIMANO/DAIWA have ordered items with them or not.
We will let you know if they don't have the spare parts you order.



* Regarding payment and commission

- We accept PayPal payment only when we take SHIMANO/DAIWA genuine spare parts order.
* We order spare parts with SHIMANO/DAIWA after payment is made.

- The price SHIMANO/DAIWA part's diagram(schematics) shows on their website in JPY is not our selling price.
(Those prices are not including consumption tax we are supposed to pay when we get the parts.)
We will let you know the prices of the original parts in USD after receiving your order.

- Our commission will be US$5.00 or 10% of the total of spare parts you order, whichever is higher for each transaction.
* Please note that another commission will be charged if you place an additional order after we give you a special order link for the first order.



* Regarding what you can and cannot order for the spare parts

We source and provide you with the SHIMANO/DAIWA genuine spare parts only from the following Japanese website link.
(We cannot help to translate the site. So please try to use "Google translate" or some other translation tools.)

* You cannot order any spare parts of some specific reels(relatively old models) with "Unrepairable" sign on the SHIMANO website.

* You cannot order any spare parts of some specific reels(relatively old models) with "Just for Repair", "Suspended", "Discontinued" sign on the DAIWA website.

You cannot order any spare parts with no part numbers or part codes in the schematics/diagrams on the SHIMANO/DAIWA websites.

We cannot take orders for other than reel spare parts, such as rods and other fishing gears.

How to order SHIMANO genuine spare parts

You can select the spare parts from the following link, and send an order form with the
"Reel Model", "Model Number", "Part Number", "Part Name" and "Quantity".

Click the "EN" on the right side to change it to English.

Find a reel model.

Find a precise reel model with the spool number, and go to the "Click" under the Exploded View / Price List.

Then a reel schematic diagram shows up.



There is some required information we need to know as follows.
1. Reel Model, 2. Product Code, 3. Number, 4. S Part No., 5. Part Name 6. Quantity.

Please check the schematic and send those 5 required information just like the example below.
